All students are given training regarding participation in Moot Courts, Group discussions, Seminars. Students are encouraged to participate in Local, National & Inter-National Moot Court competitions. Students have to attend Courts and Lok Adalats and advocates' chambers compulsorily. Students are required to participate actively in all legal aid and legal literacy programmes conducted by the college.

Students are encouraged and motivated to participate in cultural programmes. Students have brought laurels to the College by participating in inter collegiate competitions. The SLC has various program for which try to nurture the student's individual talents. The cultural committee hosts various cultural activities both at the intra collegiate and at inter-collegiate levels.

College's cricket team has got state level players. It has won trophies in Inter-collegiate cricket tournaments. One student Kum. Anupama is an acclaimed National Women Hockey Umpire.
